Roasted Beef Marrow Bones
This delicious recipe might be our easiest one yet. Just season, roast, and scoop onto crusty bread! This is a a great way to consume protein and collagen.

Ingredients

  • (2) Beef Marrow Bones
  • (to taste) Salt
  • (to taste) Pepper
  • (for garnish) Fresh herbs
  • (to serve) Toasted Bread

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 F.
  2. Place the canoed marrow bones, marrow side (flat side) facing up, on a baking sheet. You can line it with foil or a silicone baking mat if you prefer.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast for 15 to 25 minutes, or until bubbling.
  5. Sprinkle with more salt and herbs or microgreens to garnish. Serve by scooping out and eating on toasted bread.
