This delicious recipe might be our easiest one yet. Just season, roast, and scoop onto crusty bread! This is a a great way to consume protein and collagen.

Ingredients
- (2) Beef Marrow Bones
- (to taste) Salt
- (to taste) Pepper
- (for garnish) Fresh herbs
- (to serve) Toasted Bread
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450 F.
- Place the canoed marrow bones, marrow side (flat side) facing up, on a baking sheet. You can line it with foil or a silicone baking mat if you prefer.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Roast for 15 to 25 minutes, or until bubbling.
- Sprinkle with more salt and herbs or microgreens to garnish. Serve by scooping out and eating on toasted bread.
