Common Questions
Do I need to be home to accept my delivery?
Nope. Your order will arrive in a cardboard cooler. Our packing should keep everything cold until you get home. We do ask that you unpack your order on the same day it's received, ideally ASAP.
How should I expect my order to arrive?
We aim to keep your food at 40F or below when it gets to your door. That means that frozen items will be frozen, partially thawed, or very cold. Keep in mind that it's perfectly safe to refreeze meat as long as it's sealed and kept cold.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The farm works on a set order/delivery schedule. When you're logged in, you'll see the next order deadline and delivery date at the top of every page.
