Common Questions
Do I need to be home to accept my delivery?
Nope. If you're in our Regional Home Delivery zone, we'll leave your order in an insulated bag. If you're in our UPS Home Delivery zone, your order will arrive in a cardboard cooler. Our packing should keep everything cold until you get home. We do ask that you unpack your order on the same day it's received, ideally ASAP.
How should I expect my order to arrive?
We aim to keep your food at 40F or below when it gets to your door. That means that frozen items will likely be partially thawed or thawed and very cold. Keep in mind that it's perfectly safe to refreeze meat as long as it's sealed and kept cold.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The farm works on a weekly order/delivery schedule. Orders are due before Sunday at midnight for delivery the following week. Watch your emails for updates on shipping status.
