What are the benefits of subscribing? 

• Savings - you’ll save 5% on each subscription product. 
• Priority access to products - if we’re low on inventory, we’ll reserve our products for you. 
• Convenience - you can set the items you always want once, without having to create a new order each time. 

How do subscriptions work?

1. Add eligible items to your cart. 
2. Opt in by selecting “Subscribe & Save” checkbox in the cart. 
3. Confirm order and get your subscription started! 

What are add-on items?

Not all of our products are available for subscription - but you can easily add them onto any subscription order. We want you to have the best subscription experience, so we’ve chosen to offer items that we can guarantee will remain in stock year-round. Look for the red “available for subscription” tag to easily spot eligible items.

Can I customize my subscription orders?

Yes! A few days before the order deadline, you’ll receive an email confirming your upcoming subscription. You can then log in and add or remove items, or skip your subscription for the next delivery period. 

How often will I receive my subscription? 

That’s up to you! You’ll set the frequency of your subscription. You can choose between weekly, every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks, or every 8 weeks.

Can I skip an order?

Yes, you can skip your next order and reschedule for a later date.

Is there an order minimum for subscriptions? 

If you’re a home delivery or UPS customer, there is a $50 order minimum. This can include both subscription and add-on items.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You're not locked in to anything. You can cancel at anytime.
