Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken hearts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions
- Make marinade: In a bag or bowl, combine 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 2 teaspoons dijon mustard, 2 teaspoons garlic, 1 teaspoon salt and 1.2 teaspoon pepper. Mix and add chicken hearts, making sure to coat in marinade.
- Let hearts rest in marinade for 1 hour.
- Put chicken hearts on skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium high heat and make sure your grill grates are oiled. Grill for about 15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes. Cooking time will vary, but the internal temperature should read 165°F.
- Serve hearts with dipping sauce and enjoy!
