Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Hearts

Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken hearts
- 1 lb. bacon, strips cut into halves or thirds
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp Onion Powder
- Pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 F.
- Trip off the tops off the chicken hearts.
- Mix together the seasoning (salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper) in a bowl. Add chicken hearts and mix well to coat evenly.
- Wrap chicken hearts in bacon strips (cut either into halves or thirds) and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bacon is crispy. Transfer to a plate and enjoy!
