This lard dish soap is made from saponified lard (from our rendered lard!). It's a farm-to-farm collaboration between our farm and Coast to Coast Farm in Greensboro.
It's safe to use on all your dishes, but it's especially excellent for cast irons. It gives your cast iron pans a great cleaning without taking away your hard-earned seasoning.
Another benefit to this dish soap? Customers rave about how moisturizing it is on their hands! And in fact, you can just use it as plain ol' hand soap, too.
This dish soap suds easily on your sponges or rags when combined with water. Use it to clean dishes, or as a pre-wash before using the dishwasher.
