Mahi mahi is excellent, no matter how you cook it.
Pan fried, grilled, seared, or baked - it's a firm fish with a mild taste, so it will adapt to whatever recipe you use.
You can top it with any variety of sauces or dressing, but we love to keep it simple with butter, lemon, and garlic.
Like most fish, mahi mahi is perfect when you need a quick meal in 30 minutes or less, with minimal prep time.
Mahi is also an excellent source of protein, B vitamins, and omega-3 fatty acids.
Quick Tip: Mahi mahi is ready when it flakes easily. Use a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking!
*Our fish is wild-caught, sustainable, and purchased directly from local fishermen on the North Carolina coast. It's vacuum sealed and flash frozen to preserve nutrients and quality.
