Is there anything simpler to make and more satisfying than a drumstick? Brush with your favorite fat (we love lard!), season, and roast in the oven until done. That's it!

Like all our chicken, these drumsticks come from 100%, truly pasture-raised birds. Our broiler chickens spend all day outdoors in mobile shelters, and are moved to fresh forage every day. This results in the healthiest, most flavorful meat for you.

Compared to conventionally-raised birds, pasture-raised poultry contains:

✓ Less saturated fats and more heart-healthy polyunsaturated fats

✓ Lower ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 polyunsaturated fats

✓ Higher levels of protein, collagen, and vitamin E

12+ months in the freezer! Our chicken is vacuum-sealed and flash frozen to preserve freshness and last for at least a year in the freezer. Once thawed, we recommend cooking and eating within a week.
