How does it work?

Whole and half animals are purchased by the hanging weight. Hanging weight is the weight taken immediately after slaughter, but before final trim.

Before your slaughter date, we'll reach out to go over a customized cut sheet. Here, you'll learn your options and pick exactly how you'd like to receive your pork.

When it's ready, we'll deliver your frozen meat to you if you're in our delivery zone.

A whole hog will usually yield about 170 lbs. in take home cuts, with the following breakdown:

• 16lbs bacon and bacon ends
• 24lbs pork chops
• 16lbs shoulder roasts
• 12 lbs spare ribs
• 80 lbs sausage
• 5 lbs shanks
• 10 lbs neck bones

You'll pay an initial deposit of $1000 to reserve your meat. You will pay the remaining cost by cash or check upon delivery of your meat.

This price is all inclusive. It includes the hog, all processing fees (including slaughter, packaging, and bacon), and home delivery of the finished product.*
