Make pancakes delicious and nutritious with sprouted flour! This makes a large batch of pancakes - perfect for enjoying the next day, or freezing and saving for later.

Directions
Ingredients
- 2 cups sprouted spelt flour
- 1 cup sprouted wheat flour
- 2 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2-3 tsp. maple syrup
- 2 pasture-raised eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Stir dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Make a well in the center of the bowl and add wet ingredients. Stir until incorporated.
Grease griddle with butter and cook. Enjoy!
