  1. Preheat oven to 425 F. 
  2. Whisk the egg in a large bowl. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix together with your hands. Shape into 24-30 meatballs and place on baking sheet. 
  3. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until browned and the internal temperature of the meatballs is 165 F. 
  4. To make as a meal, pair with spaghetti and marina; with rice and veggies to make bowls; alongside orzo and roasted vegetables or sautéed greens; or with hummus, pita, and chopped vegetables.
