Lemon Garlic Chicken Thighs
Use your slow cooker to make simple - and delicious - chicken thighs. We love to pair these with an herb-y spaghetti using herbs from the garden and a big salad.

Directions

Ingredients 

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions 

  1. Combine garlic, salt, Italian seasoning, lemon juice and zest, and chicken broth in slow cooker pot. Stir to combine.
  2. Add the chicken thighs, making sure to cover both sides in sauce.
  3. Cube butter and scatter pieces in pot over chicken thighs.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Optional: For crispy skin, remove from crockpot when cooking time is over and broil for 3-5 minutes in oven, or until skin is browned.
