Lemon Garlic Chicken Thighs

Use your slow cooker to make simple - and delicious - chicken thighs. We love to pair these with an herb-y spaghetti using herbs from the garden and a big salad.

Directions
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp butter
Directions
- Combine garlic, salt, Italian seasoning, lemon juice and zest, and chicken broth in slow cooker pot. Stir to combine.
- Add the chicken thighs, making sure to cover both sides in sauce.
- Cube butter and scatter pieces in pot over chicken thighs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Optional: For crispy skin, remove from crockpot when cooking time is over and broil for 3-5 minutes in oven, or until skin is browned.
