Bone-in and skin-on thighs are one of our favorite meals to make at home. They taste delicious, they're easy to roast or braise, and they make anything else you're cooking better, too.
Our go-to method? Brush them with lard, season, and roast on a sheet
pan at 425 until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
But we also love to cook them in broths and sauces, too. The collagen from the bone will make the sauce smoother, silkier, and more flavorful.
Like all our chicken, these thighs come from 100%, truly pasture-raised birds. Our broiler chickens spend all day outdoors in mobile shelters, and are moved to fresh forage every day. This results in the healthiest, most flavorful meat for you.
