  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F. 
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Gently shape into balls, about 1 1/2 inches in size. Place on a baking sheet. 
  3. Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and the juices run clear. 
  4. Serve with pasta and sautéed greens or mushrooms; alongside rice and veggies; or on their own as a high-protein snack or lunch for the kids.
