- Servings: 8
Ingredients
- (1 lb.) Mild Breakfast Pork Sausage
- (8) 100% Pasture-Raised Eggs
- (2 cups) Whole Milk (Gallon)
- (1 cup) Shredded cheese (cheddar or other)
- (1-2 cups) Sourdough bread, cubed

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease a 9 x 13 pan with butter or oil and set aside.
- Brown in the pork in a skillet over medium heat, breaking up into small pieces. Turn off the heat, and spread the pork on the bottom of the 9 x 13 pan, using a spatula.
- Whisk together 8 eggs in a bowl. Add 2 cups of milk and whisk until combined. Add salt and pepper, about 1 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sausage. Distribute the sourdough bread cubes evenly, and top with shredded cheese. Add salt and pepper to top and place in the oven.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Cool for 5-10 min before serving.
Make ahead: We love to make this the night before! Cook and store in the fridge overnight, then reheat in the oven in the morning.
