We consider whole chicken to be one of our most complete products. Not only does it make a tasty meal, but the bones are the perfect base for a nourishing stock, and the leftover meat can be extended over several meals.

We love making chicken noodle soup, chicken salad, and casseroles with our leftover chicken.

*Cooking Tip: Chicken is done when the internal temperature reaches 165°F. To reduce cooking time, spatchcock the chicken by cutting out the back before roasting.
