Rich and flavorful, these come from our woodland-raised hogs, who are an integral part of maintaining healthy forest spaces. By rotating our pigs regularly through the woods, they help control invasive species, and restore and enrich the land. Because the woods are their natural habitat, they live calm and peaceful lives, and happily feast on the bounty from nut trees in the fall.
