This 100% grass-fed lamb comes from Katahdin and Dorper hair-sheep breed, raised by a partner farmer who follows our high standards for farming practices. 

The lambs are regularly rotated to fresh, rested pasture, and follow intensive rotational grazing practices. They never receive dewormers, vaccines, or other medications.

We love to mix it with feta for lamb burgers, add lamb meatballs to our pasta, or make shepherd's pie.

Quick tip: Frozen ground lamb retains its quality for a long time! Stock up so you always have some on hand.
