These hams are cold-smoked, meaning that they're infused with flavor, but not precooked - so you can cook them however you want.

Honey-glazed, brown sugar and spice, or maple-glazed - however you choose to season a ham, we're sure you're going to love it. Because our pigs are woodland-raised and receive plenty of exercise and forage, the meat is especially tender and succulent.

Hams are best cooked low and slow! Use a meat thermometer and allot about 20 - 30 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 145º F.

Quick Tip: Ready to thaw your ham? Thaw in the fridge for 5-7 hours per pound, or in cold water for 30 minutes per pound.
