A tender and flavorful portion of the lamb leg.
Lamb sirloin chops come from the back end of the lamb. They are a lean cut of lamb chops that pair well with marinades and sauces. They are especially excellent with a chimichurri made from carrots tops or greens.
Sirloin chops are great grilled, roasted, or pan-seared.
Our lamb comes Katahdin and Droper hair-sheep breeds. They are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, and regularly rotated to fresh, rested pasture. They do NOT receive any dewormers, vaccines, or other medications.
