Lamb Shanks

One of the best lamb cuts! Cook low and slow in the oven until tender and falling off the bone. These shanks are perfect with a deep, rich sauce - like a red wine sauce.

Our shanks come from Katahdin and Dorper hair-sheep breeds. They are raised by a partner farm to our same high standards. They are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, and receive no dewormers, vaccines, or other medications.
