Fresh whole chicken, available for pick-up on processing day.

Get the freshest meat possible by purchasing it direct from the farm, on the day it's butchered.

Our chickens arrive on the farm as 2-day-olds and spend the rest of their lives here. They spend 100% of their days outdoors, foraging for bugs, soaking up the sunshine, and supplementing with a 100% traceable, non-GMO, NC-grown and milled feed.

They work in tandem with our cattle to reduce harmful parasites, and keep the animals and soil healthy and happy.

And we butcher them ourselves, by hand, in our own-farm processing facility, to ensure they have the most ethical death and the best quality meat.

Fresh chicken is available for on-farm purchase, on Saturday, July 20, or for home delivery on Tuesday, July 23. 

*Cooking Tip: Chicken is done when the internal temperature reaches 165°F. To reduce cooking time, spatchcock the chicken by cutting out the back before roasting.
