Black Sea Bass is part of the Grouper family of fish. Many find this
fish to be customizable to whatever flavors they like, but sea bass
pairs especially well with lemongrass, cilantro, and ginger.
It's also an excellent source of protein and magnesium. We recommend baking, steaming, or sautéeing the fish for best results.
